Ingredients
- 110 grams normal flour
- 1 heaped ts baking powder
- 1 level ts baking soda
- 4 heaped ts ginger powder
- 40 grams brown sugar
- 50 grams butter (in cubes at room temperature)
- 50 grams golden syrup
Preparation
- Add in the butter and mix until fine and crumbly
- Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl
- Add in the syrup and mix well
- Prepare a baking tray with baking paper
- Divide the dough in 16 equal parts
- Shape each part into a ball, place on baking tray
- Flatten each ball into a cookie
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 160 Celsius
- Bake the cookies during 15 minutes
