Panna cotta

This recipe is for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 400 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 4 small sheets of gelatine
  • Vanilla to taste (pod, extract, essence)

Preparation

  • Put the yoghurt in a mixing bowl, put aside
  • Soak the gelatine in water (a few minutes)
  • Bring the cream with sugar to the boil in a pot
  • Let cool for a minute and mix in the gelatine and the vanilla
  • Let cool for another 5 minutes (prevent curdling of the yoghurt)
  • Add to the yoghurt, stir well
  • Pour the mix in four dessert dishes
  • Place in fridge and let cool/set for a few hours
