This recipe is for 4 persons
Ingredients
- 100 gr. sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 400 ml Greek yoghurt
- 4 small sheets of gelatine
- Vanilla to taste (pod, extract, essence)
Preparation
- Put the yoghurt in a mixing bowl, put aside
- Soak the gelatine in water (a few minutes)
- Bring the cream with sugar to the boil in a pot
- Let cool for a minute and mix in the gelatine and the vanilla
- Let cool for another 5 minutes (prevent curdling of the yoghurt)
- Add to the yoghurt, stir well
- Pour the mix in four dessert dishes
- Place in fridge and let cool/set for a few hours
